Qualifications and Memberships

As a teacher in the state of Georgia, I have a technology certification. I have gained a lot of experience with using computers during the last 25 years as a result of being a teacher. I have taken several courses to gain the qualification, knowledge, and experience to be able to design and build websites.

At Virtual University, I have taken HTML 1 to learn to do the coding for websites and PSP 1 and PSP 2 to learn how to do graphic images. During the summer session, I will be taking HTML 2, PSP 3, CSS, and Meta Tags. To see he work I am doing for PSP 3 or CSS, click on the links below.Next fall, I plan to take Javascript and Perl.

At E-learning Center, I have taken HTML and am in the process of taking Dynamic HTML.

I have supscriptions to e-newsletters from TechnicalLead about web development and Java, from Site Point, and from About.com concerning web design. These newsletters give information about website designing.

I belong to thePlace which is a message board for people interested in web designing and graphics. These women and men have helped me to gain more experience designing graphics and web sites. I am a member of the PaintShop Pro User Group and ,also, Kiona Creek Creations.

My other three personal websites can be seen by clicking on the Websites button and clicking on one of the links on that page. This website you are now viewing is the fourth website which belongs to and was developed by me.
